Wynn, Encore, Las Vegas

After talking with my travel agent, we decided we would try out the new Wynn resort (see photos of Wynn). She gave the hotel high praise and we did check it out on Trip Advisor. We knew this would be a vast contrast compared to the usual places we've stayed in the past; Treasure Island and The Mirage.

As it turned out, our rate was only $179 a night for 4 nights, which I considered fantastic for Las Vegas these days. Now, that may have changed by now and we were in on some kind of special deal. Wynn turned out to be great. Everyone at the Wynn was very friendly to us. Our travel agent told the concierge that we were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel greeted us very warmly and gave us a free upgrade to a corner suite. The view was spectacular. We only had to wait about 5 minutes in line. The room was pure luxury. Incredible fabrics and colors. Top of the line linens and furnishings. I am so glad that Wynn has brought such a sophisticated resort to the Las Vegas strip. It really is top notch class act. We will return again. In fact we have booked a trip with several more of our friends for Memorial Day weekend. We recommend Wynn a try, you will be very glad you did!
